Josh and I finally got to fish together again. It was been over a year since we got on the water. We fished from 8AM to around 2:30PM. The water was clear to stained, 58 degrees with BWOS, sulphurs and several colors of caddis hatching. We did get to fish some dry/droppers but mostly fished double nymph rigs. Josh had quite the day. Started by landing a rainbow and three browns. Then he stuck another, which quickly tossed the fly after a brief fight. That one hurt cause it was a big rainbow. We stayed at it and we were catching a bunch of nice browns and rainbows. Later, he made up for the one that got off because Josh nailed another big rainbow, however this one found my net. I was a great day and the net stayed active and wet. It is always a blast on the water with Josh.
