Yellow Breeches 2/21/21
Fisher and I drove up to Precision Fly Shop to buy him some supplies. We had a little time to stop by the breeches for a little fishing. The water was clear and around 42 degrees. We both seen a few little black stoneflies and dark midges alone the snowy stream bank. We fished for around 45 minutes with my new jig patterns. I had on my PH pheasant tail and Fisher obviously wanted my MH BH green caddis larva tied on the jig hook. We high-sticked a few pockets and we both landed two native brown trout. It was a nice day to get out and walk the stream bank.
